About the project
The premium community of Mamsha Al Saadiyat was released back in 2014 by the Tourism Development & Investment Company and then in 2020, was purchased by Aldar Properties. Located within walking distance of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, this is the first planned residential project on Saadiyat Island with a total of 9 low-rise buildings. With over 460 properties, Mamsha Al Saadiyat offers an array of 1-bedroom duplexes, 1–4 bedroom apartments, 2-3 bedroom townhouses, 4-bedroom villas and 5-bedroom penthouses, overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The sophisticated interiors in the Mamsha Al Saadiyat apartments will be executed using stone and wood. Penthouses will boast private swimming pools, elevators, staff rooms and private parking. As of Q3 2022, construction of some of the buildings have been completed.
